The annual Alumni Art Exhibit during Reunion is a unique opportunity for alumni to present their artwork to the Sarah Lawrence community.
All artists must complete the submission form to participate by Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Friday, June 6, 2025, 9 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday, June 7, 2025, 9 am – 7:00 pm
Artists Presentation & Wine Reception
Heimbold Visual Arts Center
Saturday, June 7, 2025, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Reunion attendees and guests are invited to join the artists for the Saturday reception and presentation of the artists’ work.
Physical Submissions
Artists may submit up to two pieces following these guidelines:
- Flat work (including photographs): If you submit 2 pieces, each should be no larger than 36" x 24”. If you submit one piece, it must be no larger than 72" x 50". All artwork should be ready to hang and include proper hooks and/or wires, and works on paper should be framed.
- Original works in any medium may be submitted
- Video artwork should be no longer than 3 minutes in length
- Sculpture should be no larger than 50” x 40” x 40”.
- Submissions of any medium can be no wider than 50”
All artwork, shipped by mail should be packed with great care, in a returnable cardboard carton with insurance for incoming art and return. Artwork must be at Sarah Lawrence in Bronxville, no later than Tuesday May 13, 2025
