The world I see is rich and complex. Its truth is revealed slowly through my efforts to understand the world through observation and interacting with different media to articulate it. My process often begins with reading about and drawing what is around me. My practice is informed by time spent at the NY Studio School, the Parsons School of Design, M.F.A program, and time spent visiting paintings by Cezanne, Piero Della Francesca, and Philip Guston. My work has been mentioned by and chosen for exhibition at the Summit Art Center, New York East/West Gallery, and purchased for the collection of the Pfizer Corporation Headquarters in NYC.
