Congratulations! And welcome to the Sarah Lawrence community.

I’m excited that you will begin your graduate program soon, and we look forward to welcoming you to Sarah Lawrence College in the fall!

As a graduate student, you are an important part of the SLC community—a community that supports your academic success, professional development, and personal well-being. By fostering a spirit of collaboration, cooperation, and inclusion, Sarah Lawrence supports you in your desire to pursue your ambitions and achieve your personal and career goals. We encourage you to take advantage of all of the resources available to you as a Sarah Lawrence graduate student. In addition to the many academic resources and support services provided by the college, our close proximity to one of the world’s greatest cities provides you with an abundance of professional opportunities and a rich cultural life. I like to think of Sarah Lawrence as the best of both worlds — a tight-knit, inclusive liberal arts community with easy access to all that New York City has to offer.

This admitted student site has been designed to help you smoothly transition into your graduate program and the Sarah Lawrence community. In early summer, you will be provided login info to our intranet, MySLC, where you can find detailed information on off-campus housing, graduate student orientation, and the steps you need to take to officially enroll.

In the meantime, we have plenty of ways you can engage with our campus and community. Take a virtual tour, sit in on an information session, or reach out to us if you want to chat with a current SLC grad student.
