The Office of Career Services is committed to preparing all our students for success after graduation. We work particularly hard to create an atmosphere of inclusion in our space, and to contend with the challenges and inequalities that some diverse populations of students may face upon entering the workforce (including wage disparities and discriminatory hiring or promotion practices).
We've researched and identified companies that voice a commitment to hiring and/or addressing the needs of students of diverse identities and socioeconomic backgrounds.
