Welcome parents and families of new students!
We look forward to welcoming you and your student on opening day, August 31, 2019. Below is information and a full schedule for the day.
Check-In and Move-In for New Students
Check-in for the College and the residence halls is scheduled based on your student’s housing assignment. We have created four different check-in times to make the move-in experience and traffic as smooth as possible. We request that students bring a government issued photo ID to the designated check-in location during their scheduled time. We ask that family members remain in the car or outside the check-in location as it will make the process go quicker. Students will receive their room key and ID Card (1Card). After the student finishes checking in, you and your student should proceed to their residence hall to move into their room. Please note that if your student has not finished with submitting their medical information, picture for their ID card, and/or made payment before move-in day, they will not be permitted to move-in until they have completed those tasks.
