The Title IX Coordinator and Campus Safety can provide information and to the extent possible, answer questions regarding Orders of Protection or restraining orders, which are issued by courts, not the College. The Title IX Coordinator and Campus Safety can provide information and connection to resources to assist in obtaining an Order of Protection or, if outside New York, an equivalent protective or restraining order.

Any person who obtains an Order of Protection or any other protective or restraining order should provide a copy to Campus Safety and the Title IX Coordinator. In the event of a violation of an Order of Protection or similar court order, reporting individuals may receive assistance from the College in contacting law enforcement and affecting an arrest.
