Sarah Lawrence College held its 97th Commencement on Friday, May 9, 2025, under a tent on Westlands Lawn. More than 450 graduates from the Class of 2025 were cheered on by family and friends as they received their bachelor's and master's degrees. Fashion icon Sam Edelman '73 delivered the keynote address and pioneering choreographer and dancer Lucinda Childs '62 was awarded an honorary degree.
