All bias incident reports are received by the Bias Report Intake Team (the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; the Associate Dean for Engagement, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; the Assistant Director for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; and the Director of Campus Safety).
Reports are then forwarded to the appropriate officials based on who is involved:
- For undergraduate students, reports are sent to the Dean of Student Affairs and the Dean of Studies & Student Life
- For graduate students, reports are sent to the the Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies
- For Staff, reports are sent to Human Resources.
- For Faculty, reports are sent to the Office of the Provost/Dean of the College
Reports submitted anonymously will be used strictly for bias incident documentation.
