Registration Process




Due to the pandemic, no residential programming will be offered in the summer of 2021 and plans for remote offerings are still being considered by the College. Please check this site in January for more updated information or request more information to be added to our email list.

All registration is completed online. A link to each program's application can be found on the program-specific page. Minors should complete this process alongside a parent/guardian. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis for all programs.


  • All major credit cards are accepted in addition to payment using an ACH checking account.

  • Students must pay all charges for their program by July 1.

Required Steps & Additional Materials

Once the registration fee and deposit is paid, an e-mail will be sent with additional next steps. These include:

  • Completing the payment selections form online to indicate the student’s payment structure for their program.
  • Writer’s Village students will submit a writing sample.
  • Students can log into their status page at any time to provide materials and payment.

Additional program specific forms and orientation forms regarding the use of technology will be emailed to students closer to the start date of their program so students are encouraged to monitor their email.


  • Registration will close for all programs on July 1.
  • Applications for Financial Assistance will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • Payment is due by July 1 unless an extension has been granted.
