From SLC to Mount Sinai: Nitika Kamath '24 Pursues Career in Neuroscience
Nitika Kamath '24 is featured in a Mount Sinai blog profile highlighting her path to a career in translational neuroscience research. Kamath credits the "pivotal research experience" she gained at Sarah Lawrence—including work in the laboratory of biology faculty member and Associate Dean Cecilia Toro—with shaping her scientific interests and preparing her for graduate study at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
