Emilie EggerEmilie Egger is a PhD candidate whose research focuses on eugenics and family planning in Latin America and the United States. Her dissertation follows the aftermath of a family-limitation campaign in Peru during the 1990s in the context of the global shift toward socially conservative reproductive policy after decades of population-control efforts.
