OFFCM Online

Open to the public

/ Monday

5:30pm-7:00pm

A wide range of agricultural models are used in the urban landscape. Understanding their benefits and limitations is vital as we plan sustainable cities. Of key importance is attending to immediate concerns of food security and relative community vulnerability, both during moments of crisis and as we envision a more resilient future. Join Annie Novak '05, farmer and co-founder of the nation’s first green roof farm (the Eagle Street Rooftop Farm), in a conversation focusing on New York City: its farms and gardens, its past, and its potential for growth.
