The Japan Foundation, New York organizes an annual film series during which Japanese films are screened at educational and cultural institutions across the United States. The goal of the series is for those curious about or interested in Japan to have the opportunity to learn more about Japanese culture and society through film.
The following film will be screened in Japanese with English subtitles:
Where I Belong depicts the interactions with a lowlife thief and an old lady in the rural area of Miyazaki.
