The Diversity Activism and Programming Subcommittee, headed by the Office of Diversity and Campus Engagement, will be hosting an Alumni Activist Panel to showcase the race focused activist work done within and beyond Sarah Lawrence. Speakers, Sarah Lawrence alumni who practice race focused activism, will be discussing topics such as how they practiced their activism in college, how they carried their activism beyond Sarah Lawrence, how their activism has shifted and grown, and what their aspirations for their activism are. This event will hopefully serve as inspiration and education for students interested in engaging in activism at Sarah Lawrence and/or after their time here. This event will be part of the office's Annual Race Summit and light refreshments will be provided.
