For those new to Dewey, we hope that our conversation will also serve as an introduction to his multifaceted body of work. Please bring thoughts, reactions, and suggestions for topics which merit further consideration over the course of the year; this lunch is intended as the first of a series of opportunities for faculty to meet and discuss the relationships between democracy and education.
