“Drama of the Gifted Grownup,” a new one-woman show written and performed by Rosalinde Block ’74, is being presented by the NY Theatre Festival July 20, 21, and 23 at Hudson Guild Theatre (441 West 26th St). It is a humorous story about arduous determination. Rosalinde performs “Drama of the Gifted Grownup” as a narrative, interlaced with excerpts of 17 songs from her vast catalog. Her self-designed set is a montage of her cartoons and illustrations. One need not be a “prodigy” to identify with the struggle to be seen and heard. This piece touches everybody.
